As the city gives way to countryside and coastline, the journey offers a wonderful introduction to one of Scotland’s most picturesque and historic regions.

Following Fife’s scenic coastal route, we stop in the harbour town of Anstruther, one of the East Neuk’s most charming fishing villages. With its colourful boats, waterfront cottages and traditional seaside character, it offers a taste of the area’s long maritime heritage.

We then continue to St Andrews, the world-famous Home of Golf and one of Scotland’s most historic towns. Here you’ll have time to explore the medieval streets, see the Old Course and Swilcan Bridge, and discover major landmarks including St Andrews Castle, St Andrews Cathedral and the historic University of St Andrews.

On the return journey we stop in the historic village of Falkland, nestled beneath the Lomond Hills. With its handsome square, traditional buildings and royal connections, Falkland is one of Fife’s most attractive villages.
